Host Resources
If you are interested in hosting a WWFM event in your area, check out these resources, tips and tools!
Basic Requirements:
Hold your event on the official, announced day, at the official time (for an exception, please contact Sonny and Sandy at podcacher [at] gmail [dot] com)
The event should last only 15 minutes (but you can always gather informally afterwards for geocaching!)
UPDATE: Due to changes in Geocaching.com event guidelines (Feb 2015), all events must last a minimum of 30 minutes. You have several options. You can meet early at a certain location, and make plans together for the "Flash Mob" portion of the event at a nearby location, and then meet again at the first location after the flash mob is over. Another idea is to start the event with the "Flash Mob", and then have everyone meet at a second location to continue socializing. The event host must be present for 30 minutes, but you can also have a longer event. The fun of the "Flash Mob" part is to do something unique, different, entertaining, unusual, etc. so that people (muggles) around are surprised or amused! It works best to keep this portion short.

Be creative and Have fun!
Put WWFM XX in your event title, and your event will be found and added to the Official Bookmark list
NOTE: If you publish an event and then LATER go back and add WWFM XX to the title, please contact us by email to let us know.
Sync your event to the Official Time (use this link to see the official time equivalent in your city)

Order your Official Pathtags (order info coming soon)
Use the LOGO linked on the home page for your event page, if desired
