SPRING HOURS

We anticipate to be OPEN Friday, May 22, from 2 PM to 6 PM, and Saturday, May 23, from 9 AM to 3 PM.  

We anticipate that we will have asparagus available for Friday and this weekend, as well as Fictum Acres angus beef

Looking for something different for the next week or weekend? Are you into smoking various cuts of meat?  We have two whole beef briskets that would make great additions for any family gathering!  Let us know if you are interested! 

We are still closed most days during the week, so at this point in time, if Saturday does not work for you to stop in, please call to set up an appointment for an alternate day and time.   Our normal operating hours will return once the strawberries are ready later in June. 

We had some pretty frosty nights last week and were watering strawberries to keep the blossoms from freezing.  The berries are looling pretty good and are starting to show more blossoms. The night temperatures the next couple of weeks are critical so we are hoping the temps do not drop below 40 degrees as the ground temperature can be 6 to 8 degrees colder at which point the blossoms could freeze. 

If you are in need of any strawbales for the spring, for your garden or if you are planting some grass, we do have some small square bales still available.  It's best to call ahead for those so that we can make sure we get up from the shed. 

We accept cash, check, card, Chamber Bucks and SNAP/EBT.

Current prices (subject to change) are: Rib-eye steak- $21.00/lb; porterhouse steak- $19.00/ lb; T-bone steak- $16.50/lb; sirloin steak- $10.00/lb; skirt steak- $10.00/lb; round steak- $5.50/ lb; beef stew- $8.50/lb; chuck roast-$6.00/lb;  rump roast-$7.50/lb; sirloin tip roast-$8.00/lb;  ground chuck in 1# pks- $7.00/lb; 1/4# patties- $8.25/pk of 4; short ribs-$5.50/lb  soup bones, sliced liver, heart-$4.00/ lb; ox-tail & tongue-$8.00/lb; brisket-$9.00/lb.   

Fictum Acres also offers 1/4's and 1/2's of beef or a whole animal if you are looking to stock your freezer.  Please call Eileen at 920-645-5331 to get on the schedule for a whole, half or quarter of beef.  All quarters are mixed quarters meaning some from the front and some from the hind. Let Eileen know if you are interested.
