USSI Rental Fees

Price Structure and Fees

Facility Rentals: All Upper Susitna Seniors, Inc. (USSI) facility charges are by the hour. Custodial deposits will apply.

A. Community/Non-Profit

a. Auditorium: $60/hour for a minimum of three (3) hours.

b. Kitchen: Billed at $25 per hour for the first five (5) hours. Additional time is billed at $10 per each extra hour.

c. Lobby (Maximum of 10 people allowed): Billed at $20 per hour, with a minimum of three (3) hours. Additional time is billed at $10 per each extra hour.

B. USSI Members: Flat rates for all day use are available. Please consult USSI for pricing.

C. Commercial:

a. Auditorium: Billed at $80 per hour

b. Auditorium w/Lobby: Billed at $90 per hour

c. Kitchen: Billed at $50 per hour, with a two hour minimum

Deposit: A $300 refundable custodial deposit will be required for all facility rentals. Users may request a refund in part or whole after post-use inspection of the premises has been completed and approved.

Equipment:

In-House Amenities

a. Chairs and tables are included in rental rates. Set up is the responsibility of renter.

b. Coffee Maker only: $5

c. Full service dinnerware, cookware & utensils: A refundable deposit of $50 may be required.

(Breakage/loss will be deducted from deposit.)

For Offsite Use: $50 refundable deposit is required for all offsite rentals.

a. Tables: $10 each/per day

b. Chairs: $1 each/per day
