Outdoor Fireplaces and Firepits - Each home has either an outdoor fireplace, chiminea or firepit. No need to bring wood for your fires, we supply all you could want to burn.

Indoor Fireplaces and Woodstoves - each property has multiple sources of heat including wood buring fireplaces or woodstoves. No need to bring wood for your fires, we supply all you could want to burn.

Golf Tee - Tidy spot to launch golfballs at Pikes Peak or into meadow. The thin air and long vistas make it extra fun.

Hiking Trails - 3.5 miles of trails throughout the 50 acres of property. TihsreeD is sited on the ancient Ute vision quest path and has many culturally modified on the property. The grounds are fire mitagated and have a park like appearance.

Top Quality Cookware in all 4 Kitchens - multi-ply construction of the cookware features a carbon-steel core for even distribution of heat, and the inside and outside layers are made of 18/10 surgical stainless steel. The base of each pan is completely encapsulated for maximum conductivity.

Dishes - colorful Fiestaware dishes are available for your use.

Board Games and Puzzles - We do not provide toys for children, so please keep in mind the games are not toys. We provide board games for adults and young adults to enjoy at the tables. If you choose to use these items, we ask that you keep track of the pieces and replace them in the game closet in the condition in which you found them.

DVDs, CDs - a variety of familiar, classic, and well reviewed movies are stocked in the houses for your use.

Original Art throughout the homes. The homes are decorated with original works of art, signed limited edition prints, antiques and collectables. We hope guest enjoy surrounding themselves with these beautiful, fun and unusual items.
