SVTOA ELECTION DAY April 17th, 2012

NEW ELECTION RULES:

SVTOA’s yearly election of Board members will take place at the Annual Meeting, April 17 2012, at 7 pm.

Per our CC&Rs, there will be a change in requirements for voting.

At the January Homeowners Meeting, the SVTOA Board voted unanimously to suspend the voting rights of any homeowners who are delinquent because of non-payment of Association dues.

(See SVTOA CC&Rs #3 ii on page 23.)

This applies to homeowners who are even one payment behind.

Please make sure you are current in the payment of your monthly SVTOA homeowner dues.
