My name is Shahar Rotberg. I am passionate about research related to issues that sit in the intersection of real estate (residential housing), wealth inequality, and taxation. My mission is to generate new ideas (and challenge existing ones) on issues such as housing affordability and wealth re-distribution.

I received my Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Toronto and I work in the Policy and Innovation Division at The Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation.
