Rob responded promptly to our request for a quote for replacing the upstairs bathroom shower and floor tiles. He arranged to come and visit the job and arrived promptly. He then provided us with a competitive and reasonable quote which, unlike some that we received, detailed individually all the material costs. The amount he charged for labour was shown on the quote as a fixed amount for the job and not merely as an hourly rate. This meant that we were never in doubt about what the final cost would actually be.

We arranged a start date with Rob and he kept to that date and explained to us what he would expect to complete each day and how long the job would take overall. He always kept us fully informed of any problems, however minor. During the course of the work we decided to add a few extras to the job but Rob coped admirably with our changes of mind and was only too happy to oblige. He displayed an exceptional professional attitude and was always very reliable. Rob is also a friendly and outgoing person and by the end of the work we had come to regard him not just as a workman but as a friend. Rob completed the job on time and to a high standard and furthermore he was always clean and tidy and eager to please.

I would have no hesitation in using Rob again and in recommending him to our friends and relations.
