Announcements for October 13 Co-op Meet!!

Hello Our Dear Rising-Uppers! We are so excited to be preparing for our next meet, and can’t wait to see all of you!!

Looking back at the last meeting, we feel the transition went so smoothly, so you can expect that we will be doing the same this coming Friday.

There are just a few announcements this week:

1. Fire Prevention Assembly - Michelle Trouslot has worked hard to put together this assembly for Friday! Bring your kids early to First Baptist Church - 9:00 a.m. is when the assembly starts - and it should last until 10:00 a.m. Co-op will commence at its usual time.
2. We have been informed that Cornerstone school will be making pies in the kitchen and using part of the gymnasium. They have used this facility for years, and had previously booked the space, prior to our request for the date. SO we will have to work out sharing part of the gymnasium. As a result, we will be holding announcements outside after the assembly. We will also set up the welcome tables outside under the pavilion near the door where you can grab your name tags.
3. Field Trips - Sarah Weller has provided us with great field trips and all of these trips are posted on our website calendar, together with being posted on Facebook and emailed to our group. Sign-up!! This is another great way to get together and have fun!
4. Mom’s Meeting - October 19 at 6:00 p.m. in Newaygo! Please join us at this meeting. We want to use this time to develop a relationship with the moms of this group, as it can be difficult to really get to know each other just at co-op. We will have snacks, beverages and lots of fun!!! Check out the website calendar for further information.
5. Picture information. Angela has sent a detailed email to everyone regarding pictures taken during co-op meets. Please review this email as it is important to us that we respect the members who do not want pictures of their family posted.
