2020-

Due to COVID 19 PAUSD school buildings were closed for classroom instruction starting spring of 2020. Online instruction is the current plan until it transitions back to in-class with additional safety procedures.

We are skipping the Fall & Winter Sale due to COVID and let you know when we our next glass sale is in 2021. Due to the cancellation of these fundraisers we are still in need of DONATIONS. =)


January 2020 -

glassybaby of Berkeley gave a White Light grant to the Paly Fiery Arts in support of glass education at the high school level and Paly glass alums working at glassybaby as glassblowers.


February 2019 -

Palo Alto Players theatre company performed SHAKESPEARE IN LOVE. PAP partnered with Paly Fiery Arts with Valentine Glass Sales at the shows and a generous community partner DONATION.

Sculptor and filmmaker Steve Ferrera offers a behind-the-scenes look at the multimedia production of a children’s book, involving puppets and handcrafted sets. From the initial sketches all the way through final production, the various techniques that go into each stage of planning, building, and documenting will be on display. Museum visitors will have the opportunity to help in the construction of set components, and to participate in the same processes used in such big-budget films as Coraline and Fantastic Mr. Fox. Contributing artists include Troy Correia, David Driver, JP Li, Jose Loyola, Koji Nagao, Scott Nordlund, Matthew Pugh, and Mike Van Dine.
