Welcome to my academic website.

I head the Modelling Team at the Bank of England, responsible for the development of the Bank's Dynamic Stochastic General Equilibrium (DSGE) forecasting model. Together with Monetary Analysis, I have worked in Financial Stability, Advanced Analytics, and the Research Hub. I also spent time as Senior Policy Advisor at the Bank of Canada, and worked in UK central government. I have a PhD in Economics from University College London, and an MA from McGill University. Before this, I worked as a Research Assistant at Yale University.

My research is primarily focused on household behaviour using applied microeconomic techniques. I am interested in understanding household's consumption, debt, and saving patterns, and how people make decisions.

I'm a member of the Centre for Macroeconomics and the Central Bank Research Association.
