Invitation to 2013 Nordic Championship F3J STEVNINGHUS /HOLMGÅRD – August 30^th – September 1^st. 2013

Dear F3J friends, hereby the official invitation and information for this years event, 3 day contest.

Arr. Thursday August 29^th 2013 from 16.00

Event starts Friday August 30^th 2013 at 13.00

Event will end Sunday September 1^st 2013 at 16.00

Entry fee senior 1200,00Dkr

Entry fee junior 800,00Dkr

The entry fee will cover –

· Accommodations inside or in own camper.

· Friday, breakfast, lunch and fastfood evening dinner.

· Saturday, breakfast, lunch and evening dinner.

· Sunday, breakfast and lunch.

· Every day coffee and bread/pastry.

· Winning prices and helpers accommodation.

· Electricity for charging etc.

Charging and accommodation of models in closed depot with possibility of getting together for social and in case of bad weather.

Entry information covering: Name of teams - Name of pilots – Senior / Junior – contact person with address, e-mail and a phone number.

Team will consist of 3 senior and one junior. If no Junior appear in a team a fourth Senior appears.

Starting method – winch, 150m lane, FAI rules of January 2013.

Entry fee has to be paid no later than July 15^th 2013

After that deadline a extras fee of 25%

Final closing date for enrolment August 15^th 2013

FILOSOFI.

Our philosophy by using Holmgård is that everybody are together without driving before and after the daily contest.

The flying site is located 200 - 300m from our accommodation.

Material can be left over on the flying site during night time.

Possibilities to buy refreshments during daytime and at the evening

NO SMOKING INDOOR.

Flying / training starts Thursday August 29^th 2013 in the morning.

All rooms at Holmgaard can be used accommodation.
