Longhorsley Neighbourhood Plan – Submission

We have now processed all of the comments received on the latest version of the Neighbourhood Plan and it was submitted to NCC on November 29th 2017, together with the mandatory accompanying documents.

The Longhorsley Neighbourhood Plan will now carry weight, albeit limited, in future planning application decisions in the area.

You can see the “Submission” version of the Plan below, by visiting the Longhorsley Parish Council’s website or by contacting the Parish Clerk.

Copies have been printed and you can borrow one of the printed copies from the Village Hall.

You will find the associated documentation (Consultation Statement and Basic Conditions Report) on the Parish Council website.

Updated Dec 21st: NCC is satisfied that the submission is complete and complies with legal requirements.

The Plan will now proceed to independent examination.

NCC will publicise the plan and begin a final consultation process, inviting comments from anyone wishing to make them.

This consultation runs from Friday 22 December 2017 until 4pm on Friday 16 February 2018.
