Spectator Safety Notes

ADVISORY SPECTATOR SAFETY POLICY

The Organisers and the Committee regard Health and Safety as the most important activity at this event.

It is intended that all Spectators at this event shall comply with the Organiser Health and Safety Policy.

1. As this event is held in open fields, spectators should wear appropriate footwear that would be suitable for walking in the open countryside.

2. Suitable clothing should be worn or carried in case of a sudden change of weather conditions.

3. At no time must you enter any areas that are fenced, roped off or marked NO ENTRY unless given permission by a Rally Officer

4. At all times, if you are accompanying children, you must ensure they do not enter any restricted areas and that they are under your control.

5. At any time if your children become separated from you please request a public announcement in order to find them.

6. Should you be involved in any incident or have any concerns with the event, you must report it to the organiser, safety officer, or event organiser.

7. The organiser has provided first aid and medical cover at this event. Should you be unfortunate enough to have an accident, then you must report to the first aid post for treatment. If further treatment is required the organiser will arrange this immediately.

8. Dog must under no circumstances be left unnattended in vehicles. The organiser reserves the right to enter any vehicle to release dogs when deemed necessary. Dogs must be kept on leads at all times.
