Past Experience

My first teaching experience, in 2004, consisted in teaching college material to high school students at the Summer School program of Universidad de Chile. A rewarding aspect of that class was to explain advanced material to highly motivated and talented students, who came from very different backgrounds. This experience shaped me into an educator that values diversity and enjoys bringing the best out of each of my students.

As a student, I worked as a T.A. for many undergrad and graduate classes at Universidad de Chile and Northwestern University. At Northwestern, I was honored to receive the “Distinguished Teaching Assistant” award. I have taught my own classes as a lecturer at Universidad de Chile and Universidad de Los Andes (Chile).
