Seabeck Haiku Getaway 2016 Schedule
Our theme for the weekend is Smelling the Roses (focusing on the sense of smell), and our featured guest is Sonja Arntzen. Events include writing workshops, anonymous critique sessions, haiku walks, presentations, haiku and renku writing time, and more! More, as in a bang-up talent show and music jam/games night! All events take place upstairs in the Colman Center at the Seabeck Conference Center unless indicated otherwise. Selected activities, especially on Saturday, will connect with Halloween and the Day of the Dead, complete with a night-time walk to the historic Seabeck cemetery. Fall colors should be vibrant, too! If you have silent auction or book fair items to set up, you can do so at any time in Colman Center (auction item donations downstairs, book fair upstairs). The following schedule is subject to minor adjustments. Hope you can join us!
