35th Anniversary Anthology

From March 18 to April 30, 2024, Haiku Northwest is pleased to receive submissions for its 35th anniversary anthology. You must be a Washington state resident to participate. If you are a declared Haiku Northwest member, your work will be represented in the anthology. If you are not a member, inclusion of your work will be at the discretion of the editors. The work you submit may be previously published or unpublished.

Please submit the work you feel best represents your talent and style. We will ask for publication credits for any previously published poems only after we make our selections, so please be prepared to provide that information later. Our anthology aims to celebrate your finest work. Poets included in the anthology will be given an opportunity to purchase copies at a discount.

Please submit 3 to 5 individual haiku or senryu, previously published or unpublished, on our Google submission form. Be sure to click the Submit button at the end. You will see a confirmation page immediately, and will also receive a confirmation email. This is your only record of your haiku/senryu submission. If you have problems with the form, please contact Michael Dylan Welch at WelchM@aol.com. If you have questions about the anthology, please contact any of the editors (Connie Hutchison, Curtis Manley, Michael Dylan Welch, Ron Swanson, and Susan Roberts). We look forward to seeing your poems!
