I am glad to announce that, I organized another new book competition!
This time,All participants are tested with book settings: Optimized / Up to 8 moveThe main target is to see the strongest opening theory up to 8 moves (16 plies)
Some Notes,Many of the participated opening books are new and created by MeMostly of my created books are based on decent high-rated engine gamesJust some examples (regarding my created books) :ArasanX book is tuned to prefer Arasan engine's own book openingsCCRL book is optimized to prefer CCRL Blitz plus CCRL 40/15, 3600+CCC book tuned to prefer the decent high-rated games played: Chess comCerebellum, Kerveros and Everest books are CTG versions, played: XLIVChamp is the same version, which managed to be the Champion of XXIICEGT book optimized to prefer CEGT 40/20 + 40/120 Top engine gamesE8400 is tuned to prefer the decent Top engine games, played by mig2004FGRL is tuned to prefer the high-rated games: FGRL 10m+6s + 60m+15sFICS is based on decent high-rated engine games, played on FICS serverICCF book is based on decent games played by Correspondence Top playersPolyglot book is the same one, which managed to be Champion of XXVIIPerfect2020b book is optimized to prefer SCCT high-rated engine games...SCCT (Balsa +older Perfect book series) is the same version played: XLIVSPCC opening book is the same version, which participated in XXXVII SSDF is tuned to prefer the decent high-rated games played: SSDF 40/120TCEC book is based to decent high-rated engine games played at TCECAlso some of the books are based on GMs players openings, e.g: GMsTopAlmasi, HowWang, WesleySo, YangiYu (Note: the same versions played)And once more the same GMs Champ books participated: Giri, GelfandBtw, here are the opening books, which are created by other Book Authors:8 move book, which belongs to 2018 year and created by Mr. Cevdet SarıFeobos v20.1 Contempt3 belongs to 2018, created by Mr. Frank QuisinskyHiarcs 14zb opening book belongs to 2020 year, released by Hiarcs teamSF Reg v3+TWIC180520 belongs to 2020, released by Mr.Peter GraysonKAİN1+MZ+TURKEY = the same books, which played in XXXX ProAttacker+Vitamin are the same versions, which are played in XLI LightDON+GOI+M8.9+Mr.Noname+QuarterPounder etc.also played in XLVUnbalanced 1.0 book is a new one (2020), released by Mr. Stefan PohlSure there are many other participated books, created by various authorsNote I picked mainly the Top 5 or Champions books (from previous tours)Exception, I included also some books, which prefer various openings...If any book missed, sorry,no much free time for all, thanks for understandingAbout Polyglot(BIN) books,unfortunately no, due to sometimes BIN books:Starting to use opening lines (after 8 moves, even with sett. up to 8 moves)
