Registration Details• Opening Book registrations are not acceptable, for more info: Contact• The current XXIII competition was as active for a long time of period• There was a rule: 'Visa' (against cheating, thanks for your understanding): From Unknown Book Makers, it's required decent online engine games In short, min 100 games is needed (played on Playchess, Infinitychess etc.) The 'Visa' rule is only for new Incomers, who wished to submit a book • ChessBase (ctg), Polyglot (bin) opening book formats are allowed mainly.. • The maximum book size should be less than 350 MB (in compressed size) • Recommended sites: Datafilehost / Mediafire / Zippyshare • New books are tested once in 30 days (one book per Book Author) Exception, Top 5 players had choice to update two times in 30 days In short, (in case of updates) those books are just resumed to play... And the new updated book versions are published as last released date
Important (for Top 5 book players)• In case of update (2 times in 30 days): Please don't edit book name! I mean , please do not change the book name / e.g keep it as before... Otherwise, I'm afraid that there is a possibility to be played without book Because the gauntlet tournaments are ready / pre-configured to be used...

E.g to be on Top is not so easy as it looks, it's needed really very hard work... And just because it's hard...it does not mean to give up, try again and again! In other words, if you want to become successful, you should never quit...!Anyhow, please don't take too seriously the results, it's just a fun tournament

Some Comments Due to requests about testing only the Top 5 books and I believe that If we run a lot of games (each other), then will appear many doubles Because, usually the Top books prefer strictly same/similar openings Plus, some of the Top books or opening database available to public That means, it's quite easier to optimize, tune or to block the strength... In short, current system way (against min 50 players) seems to be better... Btw, I expected better performance by Playchess2008-2009, but it seems The opening theory is changed a lot, in fact it's all ok, we can't expect much By 10 years old openings, and no surprise that Perfect 16 book suffers too But not always, still some of the Perfect16's old openings work flawlessly... For example, P16 book is the same one (without any modification) which was Almost unbeatable in 2009 and interesting to note its performance is close to SCCT book (based on Perfect 2018), e.g Perfect16 contains highly optimized Deep openings played mainly by Rybka 3 engine, where SCCT book includes Games played mainly by SF, Houdini, Komodo...Note: SCCT book is without Optimizations after 8 moves, for example Rybka 3 is more than 400 Elo weaker Than the current Top engines, but I think the hand-tuning (over P16) is played A big role...and Perfect 16's performance is still not so bad even after 10 years!
And as last note, just I'd like to mention that,I've noticed a new book, which has high similarities to another one!Only this time I will show as tolerance, but next time I can't promise...And as I said before, Nobody can be on Top by the work of other/s!
