I am pleased to announce that,I organized a new book Championship...Where this time, the tour was open for all !I mean the private books are allowed too...
Some Details,All books are played by asmFish 091018 MP (12 Cores/Game)For each book player is installed a separate copy of asmFishTC: 3 Minures/Game, Ponder ON, 1024 MB Hash, Syzygy (4-Men)As graphical chess interfaces used: Fritz 12, Fritz 13, Fritz 14 GUIsIn short, that means: 3 separate Fritz GUıs are played...(in same time)Chessbase (ctg) main book settings: Learning ON, Optimized, 0/100Polyglot (bin) books are played with best book move as enabled...Exception, a few different settings used by Author's recommendationsAs usual, only one book is allowed (of course by same book author)Large books are not allowed (should be less than 350 MB 7z size)There was a rule: 'Visa' (against cheating, thanks for your understanding)From Unknown Book Makers were required decent online engine gamesIn short, min 100 games is needed (played on Playchess, Infinitychess etc.)The 'Visa' rule was only for new Incomers, who wished to submit a bookTHANKS TO ALL PARTICIPANTS !

About my created ctg books, which are up to 50 moves:CCRL = based on CCRL 40/40 (average 3300 Elo games)CEGT = based on CEGT 40/120 (average 3200 Elo games)FGRL = based on FGRL 10m+6s and 60m+10s (av.3300 Elo)SCCT = based on SCCT av.3300 Elo games (not on book tours)SSDF = based on SSDF 40/120 (average 3300 Elo games)TCEC = based on TCEC (average 3300 Elo games)
Note also that (due to many book registrations):The matches are played as 12 core/game, instead of 16 core...In this way, the tour is completed in shorter time of periodTournament's Details,Each opening book consist 116 games (4 rounds)The total number of the played games: 1740The competition is finished in 3 days
More Details,I've decided to use same chess engine (asmFish 091018) for all booksDue to mostly of SF based engines produce average 80 - 85 % draws...According to my asmFish testings (222 games played) the draws: 65%Plus I've checked the database and no any game to be lost on time!Note: I set 12 cores/game, TC:3 Min, Ponder ON, Perfect2018 bookIt seems this version of asmFish produces less draws... good news !)E.g the draw percentage is 73%, if we are going to compare:XXITo be honest,I was so excited that there were many book players in the real battle field !!As you may know, usually unpublished books are much harder to be defeated...And the Champion of SCCT CS XX is Goi book, for Champions 2007-2018For further information, please don't hesitate to contact me: E- Mail
