Tangle

Tangle is an Australian drama series which premiered in 2009 on the Showcase channel (Foxtel). It is an intertwined drama about two generations of two families, who sometimes connect and sometimes collide as they travel through life together. Also starring Justine Clarke, Kat Stewart, Joel Tobeck, Matt Day and Don Hany.

Catherine plays Christine Williams, a psychologist, who is married to politician Tim Williams (Joel Tobeck). She has a step-son named Max, who was conceived when Tim had an affair with another woman in the early stages of the couples marriage. Christine is a very Catholic and moral person, though she found herself questioning all of that when she herself started to develop an attraction to another man.
