After The Deluge

After The Deluge is a telemovie which aired on Channel Ten in 2003. It is about three brothers, struggling to deal with their fathers alzheimers disease. Also starring David Wenham, Hugo Weaving and Samuel Johnson.

Catherine plays Nikki Kirby, wife of Alex (David Wenham) and mother of their two young children. Nikki becomes fed up with her husband constantly putting his work before his family, and subsequently leaves him. She gets back together with him briefly, to see if their relationship would somehow work again, but she realises it won't.

Below is (IMO) possibly the best scene in the movie! Very well acted.
