Our macro-moth records have today been sent to Les Hill at Butterfly Conservation's head office, for incorporation into the National Moth Recording Scheme database. From there they will be sent on to the National Biodiversity Network to update the publicly available maps there.

This time round we have supplied 369,121 records, an increase of c. 58,000 since the previous supply in September 2008. Many thanks to everyone who has sent in records and contributed to this. We are currently accumulating around 20,000 records a year - keep up the good work!
