Moth survey reports from Les Finch and Martin Finch

For many years now Les Finch and Martin Finch have been writing up comprehensive reports of the moth surveys they carry out in their homw garden and at sites across Berkshire. They have been listed on this website, but we had fallen a long way behind with adding the reports from recent years, due to running out of capacity on the site.

I am delighted to say that this issue has now been addressed and we are able to host the full set of reports to date. Go to our publications page, and you will see an extensive section in the middle of the alphabetical author list that is devoted to the reports by Finch and Finch, organised by site and year.

A huge amount of work has gone into these surveys and to interpreting and writing up the results, with many fascinating insights into the patterns and changes we see in moth numbers, flight periods and more. Ideal reading when it's too cold to go mothing!
