Incoming records, October 2013

A quick update on the first few sets of records for 2013 (some of these were sent to me a good while back and have only just been imported). Thanks to Roy Dobson and Neil Fletcher for sending in data in the early part of the year. A few highlights from records by Peter Holland and Jan Haseler are listed below.

  • 1876: Small Yellow Wave (Hydrelia flammeolaria), Wallingford, 28/06/2013; 245 records on database - first for 10km square

  • 2259: Dark Chestnut (Conistra ligula), Wallingford, 06/01/2013; 427 records on database - first for 10km square

  • 1211: Rhyacionia pinicolana, Tilehurst, 01/08/2013; 47 records on database - first for 10km square

  • 1321: Thisanotia chrysonuchella - Nationally Scarce B - Lardon Chase, 08/06/2013; brings us to 24 records on database

  • 1366: Pyrausta nigrata, Tilehurst, 20/05/2013; 23 records on database - good record, first for 10km square

  • 1396: Mecyna flavalis - pRDB3 - The Holies, 07/08/2013; brings us to 11 records on database

  • 1408: Palpita vitrealis - Migrant - Tilehurst, 01/08/2013; 12 records on database - good record, first for 10km square

  • 1828: Satyr Pug (Eupithecia satyrata), Oven Bottom, 04/08/2013; 22 records on database - good record

  • 1889: Peacock Moth (Macaria notata), Tilehurst, 29/08/2013; 195 records on database - first for 10km square

  • 2223: Toadflax Brocade (Calophasia lunula) - Red Data Book 3: Rare - Tilehurst, 30/05/2013; 26 records on database - good record, first for 10km square

  • 2312: Olive (Ipimorpha subtusa), Tilehurst, 01/08/2013; 195 records on database - first for 10km square

  • 2326: Clouded-bordered Brindle (Apamea crenata), Tilehurst, 29/06/2013; 429 records on database - first for 10km square
