No. 81 Glan Gwna is a privately owned chalet. We are frequently asked questions by family, friends and holiday makers; here are some of the answers.

Linen can be provided for an additional cost, please request at time of booking. If you choose not to hire the linen pack, you will need to bring bed linen, towels and tea towels. 

In addition to the in-season site shop and Caeathro garage shop and bakery, the nearest supermarket (Tesco) is located 1½ miles away in Caernarfon and Morrisons on Bangor Road.

There is an electricity meter in the airing cupboard. Cards can be purchased from the site reception or the Texaco garage on South Road, Caernarfon LL55 2HP.

Recycling – there is a drive-through recycling point on site, just beyond the Village Green on the road between Reception and the Poolside Bar.

81 Glan Gwna is located up a hill a couple of hundred metres from the site shop, bar and pool. There is parking space for one car directly outside the chalet, with steps leading down to the porch. Additional spaces are found along the road past the chalet. Solar lights are provided for the steps and it is recommended that you bring a torch as, thankfully, the site is not brightly lit at night. 

The accommodation is on one floor.

The nearest bus station is in Caernarfon, the nearest train station is in Bangor. Local taxis are available.

The lounge and bedrooms have electric oil filled radiators for heating.
