Note: The PDF Book and TSV file are constantly updated when errors are noticed, and are re-issued under a higher version. The version number is displayed on  the bottom right of the first cover of the PDF book, or is in the name of the TSV file. The versioning format is as follows: vx.y.z, where x is incremented with every major updates (e.g., batch addition/revision of entries, etc.), y is incremented whenever a mild update is carried out (e.g., addition of some secondary information, no addition of new entries or alterations of existing ones except for very urgent cases), and z is incremented for minor updates (e.g., layout, format, non-lexicon content, etc.)
