He's written and drawn two of his own comics, Starship: Precursor, a story in an award-winning anthology comic (Get in the Game), and The Wait of Gravity. Steve Miller has been an illustrator and designer for over thirty years. He is the author of the popular “How to Draw Fantastic” series of books from Penguin Random House. Steve has worked as a comic artist, toy designer, story board artist, web designer, and corporate logo artist. Steve is a graduate of Defiance High School, attended the Columbus College of Art and Design and currently lives in Bryan Ohio.

Pixel Bound Studios' work is inspired by creatures found in both the real world and fantasy, inspired heavily by nature. Their work is cute and beautiful, while at the same time completely functional for use in everyday life; stickers, magnets, buttons, bookmarks, cards, and ceramics/pottery (mugs, bowls, lidded jars) from various fandoms and of their original art
