He has spent over twenty years in litigation, management and public policy and is adept in achieving strategic & tactical legal, business and technology objectives in private, public and international arenas. He also has experience working in the U.S. Congress and the Executive Branch of government, where he managed an independent agency with over a $2 annual budget, and 350 employees across 10 regional offices.

Debra Rushton, Litigation Operations Professional

Debra is a legal operations professional with extensive experience supporting a wide variety of litigation-related transactions and consulting on a broad range of issues relating to the delivery of legal services in legal departments and law firms, especially best practices for business processes for eDiscovery, legal holds, and legal operations process development. She also serves as a subject matter expert for a variety technology and information management initiatives.

Debra has served as a consultant on significant litigation and investigations, and class action matters. In addition, she has handled responses to third party subpoenas, garnishments, employment matters, fraud investigations, and seller/servicer actions, defensible deletion of legacy data and legal hold administrator.
