Make sure to bring the following for each practice:

-indoor and outdoor attire (including pool attire)

-running shoes (spikes when directed by event coach)

-water bottle

With the warm weather ahead, we will look to get outside as much as possible right away - but be prepared for indoor and outdoor workouts.  The 2020 season is here!!!

Please attend so we can quickly go over items involving the upcoming season and hand out related paperwork.  Also it gives a chance to do a meet/greet with our coaching staff.  There will be sign-up sheets for event workers at our home meets as well - all help is greatly appreciated!!

-Orders are due Feb. 17th (they'll be shipped directly to school & coaches will hand out in early March)

-Athletes are responsible for purchasing their uniform bottoms (black leggings or compression shorts)
