WARMING UP: These are some of the drills we do doing dynamic stretching and warm-ups

B-skips - notice the foot flexion (leading with heels, not pointing toes), opposite arm pairing, and rhythm

Seat Kicks - notice her posture is not leaning forward.

High Knees - watch her rhythm, tempo, and knee height.

POLE VAULT:

Pole Vault: Requires a combination of being a good runner, jumper, and being strong. Here is a compilation of some of the best pole vaulters in the world.

Pop up drill - notice how tall the vaulter is at takeoff. He has a fast swing from his trail leg and a good straight arm row.

LONG JUMP:

Bounding - notice the height he gets, the opposite arm pairing, and his rhythm.
