ENVIRONMENTAL PROJECT

IBEMA ENVIRONMENTAL OPERATIONAL BASE

INTRODUCTION:

IBEMA works in accordance with Environmental Education Laws that are regulated by public authorities at the Federal, State and Municipal levels. Based on the regulatory frameworks for Education for the Environment; the principles and foundations of chap. VI, art. 225 of the 1988 Federal Constitution and normative instruments, seeks to coordinate formal and informal actions; disseminates scientific technical information about the Environment; develops educational campaigns, lectures, seminars and other events that aim to raise awareness among the population about actions related to the conservation and protection of the Environment, always encouraging and monitoring community initiatives related to improving the quality of life of residents.

GOALS:

MONITOR COMPLIANCE WITH ENVIRONMENTAL, FORESTRY AND MINERAL LAWS.

Preserve, protect, raise awareness, monitor and propose solutions for regularization regarding the environment, fauna and flora.

Receive complaints regarding the claim in person from the complainants, either: by telephone; Internet; Letter; and other media.

° Prepare your own OFFICE OF FINDING, investigate these findings for the veracity of the facts, bringing them to the attention of the competent authority after or at the time of the finding so that the appropriate measures can be taken.

Reintegrate man into the Natural Environment, from which he distanced himself for a long period, when Progress was synonymous with unlimited consumption.

Spark interest in the search for knowledge about local and national ecosystems.

Transform citizens into multiplying agents and defenders of our natural resources and improving the quality of life in accordance with chapter VI, art.225 of CF/88.

FINANCIAL SCHEDULE:

In order to install, maintain and develop an operational base for the proposed assignments, an investment of 365 days will be required, that is, (one year), an amount of $1,500,000.00 (one million five hundred thousand reais) , which will be allocated to fixed costs; folks; maintenance; campaign material; transport; food; travels; events; and equipment.

ACTIVITIES:

To install, maintain and develop an operational base for the proposed tasks, an investment will be required for 365 days, that is, (one year), an amount of $1,500,000.00 (one million and five hundred thousand reais) , which will be allocated to fixed costs; guys; maintenance; campaign material; transport; food; trips; events; and equipment.

ACTIVITIES:

The environmental crimes law is a Citizenship Tool, and it is up to them (citizenship) to enforce it, and it is through its extensive knowledge and constant vigilance that IBEMA does its work.

The sponsor will have (if desired) your name and/or your company, published on the IBEMA website and blogs, on banners, banners advertising seminars, lectures, among others.

Any and all “official” complaints directed to IBEMA’s ENVIRONMENTAL OPERATIONAL BASE by any means must include the complainant’s data for IBEMA’s file, such as: full name, address, telephone number, ID number, with the source being confidential. GUARANTEED by IBEMA, but anonymity is prohibited, according to the Brazilian constitution, but the anonymous complaint will be emphasized and will be investigated by IBEMA.

IBEMA Delegates and/or Fiscal Agents “cannot AUTUATE” but rather “ACT” (work, inspect, monitor, etc.), as CF/88 IMPOSES on the public authorities” AND “also the COLLECTIVE, the duty to defend and preserve - Cap. VI, Art. 225, unless we have a partnership with a public body.

nt:.. IBEMA delegated agents and/or inspectors may and will use in “EXTREME” cases their right as a citizen and will issue a voice of arrest in accordance with art. 301 of the CPP – criminal procedure code,

CPP - Decree Law No. 3,689 of October 3, 1941

Art. 30Art. 301. Any of the people may and the police authorities and their agents shall arrest anyone found in the act of committing a crime.

The only people who can AUTUATE are SISNAMA public bodies or public agents designated for the function such as: Military Police, Environmental Military Police, IBAMA, ICMBio, Civil Police, Federal Police, Federal Highway Police, Public Prosecutor's Office, among other public agents designated for the function - and IBEMA will make this interconnection.

IBEMA delegates and/or tax agents are not police officers or SISNAMA agents, they cannot demand documents from the accused, even in the act of committing a crime, but rather REQUEST, if the request is not met, the delegate and/or tax agent IBEMA must contact the public body entitled IMMEDIATELY to the location in question to enforce the law, accompanying the parties to the police station to open the relevant police investigation.

The IBEMA delegate and/or inspector must carry out his work of monitoring compliance with environmental, forestry and mineral laws within the general principles of law and the ethics of his institute clearly, respecting the constitution of the republic cap. VI, art. 225 and the rules of your institution.

Any work to investigate a complaint accepted by IBEMA's ENVIRONMENTAL OPERATIONAL BASE in any part of Brazil, MUST be IMMEDIATELY informed to the central headquarters of IBEMA in São Paulo, capital and equally informed to the central headquarters of IBEMA regarding the beginning of the investigation, where after verifying the facts, taking the authority of those entitled, a report must be sent to IBEMA's central headquarters for filing.
