I am thrilled to announce that Coach DoeRue has been selected as the Fall Influential Coach of the Season for FISD! Out of 650 coaches in the district, Coach DoeRue's outstanding dedication and commitment to her athletes have earned her this well-deserved recognition.

In her nomination letter, it was highlighted that Coach DoeRue's coaching stands out due to her unwavering dedication to building strong relationships with her athletes. She takes the time to understand each player individually, recognizing their strengths, weaknesses, and personal goals. This personalized approach has fostered a positive and supportive team environment, where every player feels valued and motivated to give their best.

Furthermore, Coach DoeRue holds her athletes to a higher standard, both on and off the court, by setting clear expectations for behavior, effort, and sportsmanship.
