FanPastic! Handmade Pasta

I'm Ambra, I'm Italian and I've been making fresh pasta for 10 years rigorously by hand.

Making the dough from scratch, rolling it out with a wooden pin and cutting every single pasta shape by hand guarantees a pure, traditional, artisanal product that respects the real old Italian customs.

The great texture and the delicate taste of my fresh pasta are the final results of a long and meticulous procedure.

My pasta is always vegetarian and I mostly use organic local ingredients. All the herbs come directly from my polytunnel.

I also bake pizza, focacce, and many traditional Italian street foods.

FanPastic! provides catering up to 20 people for special events, company parties,etc.

You can find me at the Tullamore market every 2nd, 3rd and last Saturday of every month.
