Dr. Muhammad Taha Jilani received the Ph.D. degree from Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS, Malaysia, in 2015. Currently, he is an Associate Professor at College of Computing and Information Sciences at Pakistan Air Force-Karachi Institute of Economics and Technology (PAF-KIET), Karachi, Pakistan. His research interest includes Internet of Things (IoT), Pervasive Systems, Mobile Crowdsourcing, Cyber Security, Artificial Intelligence, Sensors & Ad-hoc Networks, particularly for industrial and medical applications. He is currently leading the Pervasive Systems Research Group (PSRG) at Graduate School of Science and Engineering, KIET. The group is working on multiple research projects including a project that is funded by Higher Education Commission, Pakistan. He has authored or co-authored over 50 research articles in indexed journals, international conferences & patent applications, and also received awards in international exhibitions.
