Background History

Organizational Background

Humanitarian Aid Enforcement Aid for Resilient Transformation, HEART Bangladesh, abbreviated as HEART Bangladesh, has been working as a charitable and non-profit development organisation of local and national standard since the beginning of April 2021, a Bangladeshi entrepreneur. It was established by the organiser Mr N. A. Jobair Mahmud.

At a time when the people of this country are suffering from hunger and misery due to the pastoral pandemic of the corona, Mr.N.A. Jobair Mahmud, the pioneer of humanity, thinks that we, who are involved in humanitarian work, need to do something for the local people as well as the Rohingya community. The lack of resilience swallows them up, the journey of HEART Bangladesh to ensure a new environmental position by transferring from that resilient.

Just when he thought he was going to travel, he realised that if he had left everything and stood by the side of the people, the time would come when the money would run out, then what would happen to these people? Just then, he thought that everyone should work as one, ten sticks, one understanding, so he wished that a platform was needed to bring everyone together. An organisation was needed.

When I was working with everyone, he thought of naming the organisation after people who are actually involved in humanitarian work, and decided to form the board, naming it "Humanitarian Enhancement Aid for Resilient Transformation- HEART", which means an integrated humanitarian service effort where the transformation of the people of Challenging and Resilient Crisis based on the pride and heritage of Bangladesh will be established.

The journey of this organisation started from April 1, 2021. So far, the organisation has gained a lot of name and glory, volunteering and efficient management is working day and night tirelessly so that HEART Bangladesh can continue its dynamic trend, including 7 Board Designated and 14 General Board members, is working across the country with a large number of volunteers under 21 people and 6 departments under 14 skilled management.
