While we remember those that sacrificed their physical lives in wars for our freedom, all others returned from battle but have sacrificed their lives in other incredibly tangible ways.
"Hymn for the Generation We are Losing" acknowledges both, and honours all who sacrificed. We recognise those that did get to grow old when others didn't, and the challenge is to pass on their legacy to the next generation, spend the time, hear the stories from their own lips, and take the time to simply say "Thank You"!
