Podcasts of the Week
Tairinga Podcast - Te Wananga o Aotearoa
With a mixture of Māori and English, the Taringa podcast is the perfect way to learn te reo and tikanga Māori in a fun and relaxed way.
Episodes are posted weekly, discussing either kupu (words), iwi (tribes), stories or tikanga (customs and protocols).
The Slow Home
Chatting about ideas, experiences and stories. Digging in to what it means to create a slower, simpler, more intentional life, and what that looks like for a variety of people.
We live life in the fast lane. We race to keep up with The Joneses. We are over-worked, over-committed and over-stressed, and we compete on how busy and important and sleep-deprived we are. But we don’t need to.
There is an ever-growing group of people who are opting out of life lived at 110%. They are choosing to slow down, simplify, say no and focus on the things that are truly important. The Slow Home Podcast Brooke chats to others who have adopted a similar approach to life – slowing down, opting out, saying no.
