The Yankee Clipper Foundation is a 501C3 Corporation supporting the Sea Scout Ship Yankee Clipper in Seattle, Washington

Our Mission is to seek resources for this support that includes financial contributions, in-kind donations, and manpower support.

The Sea Scout Ship Yankee Clipper

The Yankee Clipper is a 44-foot Sail Training Craft that is used as a training vessel for older youth within the Sea Scouts BSA program. The basic tenets of the organization are centered around BSA scouting, seamanship, service to the community, and social interaction development. The underlying foundation is composed of leadership, discipline, team work, and building self confidence among others.
