I am entirely in sympathy with
your cause, I cycled to work on a daily basis from the time
I finished University until about 7 years ago when my
workplace moved from the central city to the other side of
town. Although I still occasionally cycle to work in fair
weather, and occasionally cycle on a recreational basis, I
am now over 60 and I suffered a serious foot injury last
year and it's not so practical now.

fit at the same time.
