Pilgrimage to Southwest Sufi Community with Murshid Saadi Neil Douglas-Klotz, Murshid Tansen O’Donohoe and Murshida Sophia Gita Onnen

August 26- 28, Tuesday -Thursday

The Southwest Sufi Community is hosting Sufi Ruhaniat International senior teachers from Europe: Murshid Saadi Neil Douglas-Klotz, Murshida Sophia Gita Onnen and Murshid Tansen O’Donohoe with their community of European pilgrims in August.

* A recent letter clarifies this visit and considerations about attending:

"Regarding the Pilgrimage to the Voice of the Turtle, the pilgrims coming from Europe and Lama Foundation will gather at the Southwest Sufi land on Tues, Aug 26. Tuesday will be only for this group, as we need it for our group process. We apologize for this, but the group turned out to be larger than we anticipated.

On Wed, Aug 27 anyone in the JK or MPM is welcome to join them, and other mureeds by request to me. (please mail your request to Darvesha and she will be in touch with Saadi.) (The MPM is the extended group of mureeds who have Saadi, Tansen, Sophia and other initiators linked to them as guides.)

Thursday, Aug 27 is open to anyone from the local community or area wishing to join. Events will begin around 10 am.

There will be meditations and practices around the Dargah of Pir Moineddin Jablonski and an invitation to join in useful work in the area. The Pilgrims will be on the land from mid morning until late afternoon each day. This is not a formal retreat and there is neither a schedule nor food provided. Everyone coming will be bringing food and cooking lunch together in the ranch house kitchen.

We regret any confusion from previous announcements, and hope that you all can join us in spirit if not in person.

Much love,

Darvesha and Saadi"

Being in the moment and being willing to take things as they come, in the real spirit of Pir Moineddin himself, is the way Saadi refers to the time spent at SSC. Please contact SSC Host/Coordinator Rabia Holstrom (sscvoc@gmail.com) if you would like to make arrangements to stay overnight during this gathering or need directions to the community. Otherwise no registration is necessary.

Please accept our invitation to come to SSC for a deepening in love, harmony and beauty.
