Hertford Symphony Orchestra’s Covid-19 Risk Assessment for
Drill Hall, Ware
The Government encourages organisations like HSO to take measures to reduce the risk of Covid-19 transmission.
The risk is highest indoors and in crowded places, therefore HSO has carried out a risk assessment of the Drill Hall in Ware. The Risk Assessment can be found here
Where risks have been identified, steps to mitigate these risks are summarised below and we request that all orchestra members and our audience please read and observe this information.

Please Observe The following when attending concerts at the Drill Hall, Ware
Please do not attend the concert if you feel unwell.
Staff at the Drill Hall carry out regular and thorough cleaning of touch points, however you are encouraged to regularly use the hand sanitisers provided.
Please respect each other's space, especially when entering the building, using the toilet facilities, queueing for tickets and entering through the doors of the auditorium.
The Drill Hall auditorium is well ventilated with air being drawn in from outside through the ventilation system.
This may be cooler than usual, so warm clothing is advised.
Refreshments are now being served in the interval.
