Zap!3 was a public art project sponsored by Clark County Parks and Recreation and Historic West Las Vegas, in cooperation with the Las Vegas Valley Water District, Nevada Power Company, and Clark County Water Reclamation District. The boxes below are located on Lake Mead Blvd. and J Street.
