Membership Process Steps

Below defines the steps to become a member of our club.

1. Starting at 10:00 am on September 16, 2022, complete the online club application on Family ID. This should be completed before the mandatory parent meeting on October 13th at 7pm in the CB West Cafeteria.

· Completion of the application does NOT guarantee membership. Attendance to the meeting, completion of the app, submission of all appropriate materials and a full payment does.

· Be sure to print a copy of your application receipt e-mail or be able to prove the completion of the application using your cell phone.

2. Attend the MANDATORY meeting in the CB West cafeteria on Tuesday, September 27th at 7 pm. This is the ONLY meeting of the season and is REQUIRED for BOTH a parent/guardian or family member and the student. * Mandatory attendance is a CB District requirement and not a CB West club requirement.



3. Bring the following documents with you to our meeting as they will be collected. Remember, this is a “first come, first serve” club so failure to complete the application and bring all completed forms will jeopardize club membership. Documents include:

· A printed copy of your online Family ID application receipt (e-mail or cell phone verification)

· A check in the full amount of $130 made payable to “CB WEST ACTIVITIES FUND.”

4. During the meeting, families will be given information pertaining to the Blue Mountain registration and payment process. The cost for a student season pass for this year is $229. Members will be asked to complete this payment process independently. All passes will be sent to CB West for the club adviser to distribute prior to the first trip. (Be sure to save any online receipts from this process as proof of payment).
