With Punt and Gun Exhibition

This exhibition was first researched and created by Ina Bushell and others from the Society, and went on show in Neston Library in 1982. It also marked the 75th Anniversary of Neston Library.

Local Sandstone Structures:
Parkgate Sea Wall
A project to record the legacy of sandstone structures in and around Neston was commenced in 2015, the Sea Wall at Parkgate perhaps being the most significant of the local sandstone structures. The article also makes use of historic postcards collected by Wendy Wright to illustrate the development of the Parkgate ‘sea front’ during the 20th C.
