Smoking Policy:

In deference to everyone's comfort and safety and the beauty of our grounds, smoking candles or incense is not permitted in the Estate or on the property.

Children:

As much as we love them, Oakcliff Bed and Breakfast is not suited for children under the age of 14 years old.

Pets:

Sorry, we do not accept pets.

Alcohol:

By current New York State law, we are prohibited from supplying you any alcohol. The NY State Liquor Authority requires that alcohol is only allowed to be consumed in the confines of your private room. We have wine glasses, champagne flutes, corkscrews and bottle openers for your convenience.

Cancellation Policy:

With the exception of Saratoga Racing Season, cancellation must be within two weeks for a full refund. Anything outside of this is subject to a $50 surcharge and/or reservations credit. Early departure and last minute cancellations are non-refundable. Reservations made less than two weeks before arrival date are non-cancelable and will be charged to customer’s credit card, or credited to a future reservation.

Room Rates:

All room rates are based on double occupancy, or two adults. Rates include a full breakfast. Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted. In order to secure your reservation, a minimum deposit for one night stay is required.
