How to use this site

Watch the video below to learn how to find this site and how to submit your weekly report. Please report your serving day individually and not as a summary of the week. If you served apples on Tuesday and pineapple on Thursday please create a report for apples and one for pineapple. Each section in the report is a required field. You cannot complete the report without having all required information. All the fields in the form are required for our monthly FFVP claim.

Once you finish your report your responses will be recorded in a masters spreadsheet for claiming purposes. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me at faguerraaravena@graniteschools.org or 385-646-5518.
