All Fees are non-refundable, and the event will take place rain or shine.

Fill out a For-Profit Exhibitor Application

FOR-PROFIT FEES:  There is a non-refundable fee of $100 for one 8’ x 8’ space, which includes one 8’ table and one chair. Early birds (applications received by March 4th) get $50 discount!  Additional spaces and tables and chairs are available for $80 per additional space, $10 per additional table, and $5 per additional chair.

NON-PROFIT FEES:  There is a non-refundable fee of $20 for one 8’ x 8’ space, which includes one 8’ table and one chair. Early birds (applications received by March 4th) get $10 discount!  Additional tables and spaces are available for $10 per additional table and $10 per additional space.   

Fill out a Food Vendor Application

A non-refundable fee of $200 per Food Vendor will be charged upon application. Payments received by January 15th will be entitled to a $50 early bird discount. There are no additional fees for the Vendor to pay to the Berks County Earth Day Committee. There are licenses and fees for City.
