Sunday Practica in Annapolis:
Every Sunday we hold a warm and welcoming Práctica (open practice time) from 3 - 5:30 PM in Severna Park, with light snacks and refreshments. All levels, styles and role choices are welcome. DJ may vary from week to week.
On weeks that classes are held, the Práctica is hosted and guided by Aja Fenn. She is available to provide feedback for your dancing! In Aja’s absence the Práctica is placed in the caring hands of our wonderful team member, Baird Straughan. Please be sure to come and say hi to one of us if it’s your first time at the Annapolis Práctica.
Occasional breaks in the weekly práctica DO take place. Always confirm the schedule on this page!

$10 or $5 if you have taken one of the classes prior to the práctica.

Giros with Paradas

6 weeks focussed on the essential skills & building blocks required to lead and follow tight turns (giros) and beautiful, decorated stops (paradas) for the social dance floor. Masha and Aja are holding these classes on Tuesday nights in the gorgeous ESL bar in Shaw. Every class is followed by a free Practica until 10pm.

El Cambio
Everybody knows that the world's best tango dancers have trained in BOTH roles. This is an opportunity to dedicate some time to this worthwhile and fun endeavor of training in your non-dominant role. El Cambio is held periodically on Saturdays at the beautiful ESL bar in Shaw. Updates will always be posted on this page
NOTE: These workshops are NOT suitable for people completely new to Argentine tango! The leading workshop is for experienced followers wanting to learn how to lead. And the following workshop is for experienced leaders wanting to learn about following.
