Bill Lockerby

Bill started his career as a Terrier in 1987 where he played 4 years of Football, Basketball, and Baseball, being a captain for each sport in his senior season. He excelled at each sport and was even named a member of the Vermont Shrine Football Team and threw a no-hitter during his Terrier career. Upon graduating from Bellows Falls, Bill enrolled at American International College in Springfield, Mass where he continued his love of baseball by playing second base for the Yellow Jackets for all 4 years he was in school.

In 2006 Bill started out as an assistant for the BF Legion team and his coaching career took off from there. Coaching meant the world to Bill, and the sense of pride he had while coaching his son and nephews over the years was priceless and something he would always cherish. Bill wanted so badly for every individual on his team to succeed, and the drive and determination he had to help every last one of them was immeasurable. He loved every minute of being out there teaching and imparting his knowledge of the game.
