All About Me...

My name is Fran Cameron.  I grew up on a farm in rural North Carolina, with two sisters, several cats, dogs, and cows.  I attended the public schools of Anson County until I graduated from high school.  I attended Appalachian State University right out of high school and graduated from Meredith College.  I earned my teaching license from William Peace University. This is my 24th year at Joyner Elementary, but my seventh as a classroom teacher.  I am very excited to be part of the Fifth Grade Team!

I love having my bestie, Ms. Sherrow, teaching down the hall.  I also enjoy having my niece, Amy Frances, here in first grade.  I adore her!!

I'm an Enneagram type 4: the sensitive, introspective Type.  I have all the feels!

When I was in 5th grade, I loved to play with my sisters and visit with my grandparents.   We went to the pool everyday in the summer and I stayed up late reading books.

When I'm not at school, I love to spend time with my family and friends. We like to travel, go to concerts, and attend sporting events.  GO CANES!  I love music and I usually have a song in my head at all times.  I also love to read!
